SENIOR/JUNIOR ADMINISTRATOR, PROPERTY MANAGER, ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

TASKS
- Commercial and organizational management of commercial properties, in particular Retail EKZ properties, as well as residential properties (MRG)

- Rental agreement entry in IGEL management software
- good MS-Office skills
- very good IGEL knowledge
QUALIFICATION
- completed education on Matura level is an advantage
- several years of professional experience in a real estate management company is an advantage
- certified property manager assistant advantageous
- very good IGEL property management software knowledge
- Knowledge of iDWELL CRM software an advantage
- Confident handling of MS-Office and Outlook
