We are delighted to announce that our two projects Townhouse I & II in Hinterbrühl have been successfully completed!

What began with the groundbreaking ceremony in March 2024 has developed over approximately 19 months into modern, high-quality residential projects. The period was characterized by intensive planning, careful execution, and cooperative collaboration between all parties involved.

A special milestone was the topping-out ceremony in September 2024, where we were able to toast the progress made so far together with our partners and companions. Just a few weeks later, at the end of November 2024, we were already able to celebrate the completion of the shell – an important step on the way to final implementation.

We can look back on an exciting and successful process that was characterized above all by team spirit, trust, and professionalism.

We would like to express our sincere thanks to our general planner, WGA ZT GmbH, who supported us throughout the entire project with their expertise and reliability—in particular, Mr. Thomas Schmidt, Mr. Norbert Mutz, and Mr. Harald Oissner.

We would also like to thank the team at BM BHK Bau GmbH, our general contractor, for their excellent work—especially Mr. Martin Jahrmann and Mr. Thomas Bischläger, who worked tirelessly to realize our vision.

Another big thank you goes to the building services and planning office HTB-Plan for their outstanding work and technical precision, as well as to the structural engineering office DI Franz Götschl, whose expertise contributed significantly to the success of the project.
