We are pleased to present our new building permit project In Weißes Kreuz-Gasse in beautiful Mödling, we will be building 14 modern yet stylish residential units, once again remaining true to our self-imposed standards for high-quality living in one of Austria's most liveable regions.

Weißes Kreuz-Gasse offers an exceptional combination of a central location with idyllic charm and at the same time combines urban life and tranquillity in perfect harmony. Shopping facilities, cafés, restaurants and cultural institutions are in the immediate vicinity, while the surrounding green spaces and recreational areas offer space for relaxation and leisure activities. Mödling is also characterized by its many schools, which offer excellent educational opportunities for children and young people. Finally, Mödling is also known for its high level of security, which makes it a particularly attractive place to live.

The residential units - comfort meets design

Our project comprises a total of 14 exclusive residential units, which are divided into ten 2-room apartments and four 3-room apartments with a total of around 700 m² of usable living space. With this variety of apartments, we want to appeal to singles and couples as well as families who are looking for a modern and thoughtfully designed home. All apartments boast high-quality fittings, light-flooded rooms and private open spaces such as balconies, which guarantee a pleasant living atmosphere.

In addition, our project's mobility concept includes a total of 14 parking spaces and an e-car-sharing parking space to offer residents maximum flexibility and convenience in their everyday lives. A modern cargo bike will be provided for short distances and will be available to everyone in the building. In cooperation with the municipality of Mödling, future residents of the building will also receive an annual public transport pass to promote sustainable and environmentally friendly mobility.

Sustainability and innovation

In our new project, we place particular emphasis on ecological construction and energy-efficient solutions from planning to completion. We pay attention to the use of environmentally friendly materials and state-of-the-art technology in order to protect the environment and ensure low operating costs for all residents of the building in the long term. Finally, it is particularly noteworthy that an existing property, which was previously a car parts dealer, is being converted into an attractive residential property, thereby making a contribution to sustainable urban development and reducing land consumption.
