The following additional services and common rooms are available to our tenants
All tenants of the objects Allegro Tosca and Romulus have access to a party room, a sauna and infrared cabins in the object Romulus as well as a coworking area in the object Allegro Tosca. These must be reserved in advance.
The fitness room can be used without prior reservation. For this purpose, you can pick up an access chip during opening hours at the property management.
Please register once on the website Shore - Die digitale Komplettlösung für Dienstleister und Retailer | shore.com using the password sent separately by the property management company and then the rooms can be booked.
The access chip required for the rooms for all common areas can also be collected from the property management.
Opening hours and booking times
NOTE: A given period can only be booked/reserved by one visitor/user at a time.
Party room
The party room can be booked daily in the period from 6:00 to 24:00.
The booking times are:
- 1 hour
- 2 hours
- 3 hours
- 4 hours
Sauna
The sauna can be booked daily in the period from 6:00 to 21:00.
The booking times are:
- 1 hour
- 1,5 hours
- 2 hours
Infrared cabins
The infrared cabins can be booked daily in the period from 6:00 to 21:00.
The booking times are:
- 30 minutes
- 1 hour
A total of 3 places are available - therefore a maximum of three places can be reserved in a given period.
Coworking workstations
Desks can be booked at the coworking daily from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.
The booking time is:
- 9 hours
A total of 5 desks are available - therefore a maximum of five workstations can be reserved in a given period.
Coworking meeting room
A meeting room is also available in the coworking area, which can be booked daily from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.
The booking times are:
- 1 hour
- 2 hours
- 3 hours
- 4 hours
House Rules & Rental Agreement
The use of the common areas is subject to the provisions of the rental agreement and the house rules.
