A new chapter: start of construction on the Hinterbrühl townhouses

After the ground-breaking ceremony, we begin another exciting chapter in the history of our STADTHÄUSER in Hinterbrühl.

Preparations for our project began some time ago and involved thorough planning and analysis. Now that all the building permits have been obtained and the planning has been completed, we can now look forward to taking the first steps in the construction process.

Extensive preparatory measures were taken at all four construction sites to ensure that the construction process ran smoothly. This included setting up the construction site, erecting construction fences to secure the construction areas and creating access routes for construction vehicles. These measures ensure the safety of the workers and the surrounding residents.

In addition, earthworks were carried out on two of the four building plots to prepare the site for the subsequent construction phase. Here, earth was removed and the soil partially replaced to create a solid foundation for the townhouses. The load plate test was successfully completed.

Another important step was the installation of bored piles at Hauptstrasse 86, which is crucial for the stability of the buildings and ensures that construction in the border area is made easier.

In addition to the bored piles, the foundations for the crane were also constructed at one of the construction sites and the crane itself was erected. It plays a crucial role in the smooth running of the construction site.

With every step we take today, we move closer to our goal of creating high-quality living space. We are grateful for the support and trust of our business partners and customers and look forward to continuing on this exciting journey together. Stay tuned for further updates on this exciting construction project and find out more today on the project homepage wohnen-in-hinterbruehl.at for information about the 42 first-time-occupancy apartments.
