With each step, we are getting closer to our goal of completing the townhouses and the projects continue to take shape. Over the last few weeks, you could really see the houses "growing upwards" - below are the most important developments of the last few weeks.

A major milestone was reached in the Stadthaus I (Hauptstrasse 86) where the shell of the building was completed in a record time of less than six months. The window openings were closed in time for the upcoming winter and initial sealing measures have ensured that the building is winter-proof. The next step is to start the filling work and the installation of the plumbing, which will lay the foundation for the interior work.

In the Gaadner Strasse 23 (Stadthaus II), a total of eleven condominiums are currently under construction. Now that the roof has been sealed and the building has been made weatherproof, the focus is on the interior work. The reinforced concrete surfaces have been smoothed and the laying of pipes and installation of the sanitary shafts is in full swing. The installation of the elevator rails and the elevator platform has already been completed, meaning that the elevator shaft is increasingly taking shape. The show apartment has been heated and the wall color and tiles for the bathrooms have been chosen. The decision was made in favor of the timeless RAL 9010 pure white color and large-format tiles to give the apartments a modern and elegant ambience.

The Stadthaus III project (Hauptstraße 30) project: the shell construction work was successfully completed last week, the empty conduit systems for the electrical installations have already been installed and the interior work on the twelve new apartments has begun.

The project at Hauptstraße 65 (Stadthaus IV) once again demonstrates the efficiency of our teams - from planning to implementation on site. The excavation and the shell construction up to the top floor ceiling were completed within a very short space of time. The next steps have already been carefully prepared and the remaining floors will be completed in the coming weeks.

This progress demonstrates the strengths of our working methods: careful planning, targeted process optimization and the highest level of quality in implementation.
