This week we had the unique opportunity to give our two structures Romulus & Allegro Tosca the final dramaturgical touch. The whole thing was worked out with the help of a workshop by Dr. Christian Mikunda.

This workshop was about the different high feelings that a property can radiate. With a good theoretical input at the beginning, followed by the derivation of the best high feelings for our two buildings, we got an all-round view into the world of dramaturgy.

For example, in the Romulus structure we focused on the dramaturgical aspect of "railroad romance" and in the Allegro Tosca structure on "journey to happiness".

This is about incorporating elements or even details into your real estate that allow you to stand out from the other projects in Vienna and create added value for potential tenants.
