Today's VINDOMA GROUP (VI Group) was originally formed from the company VINDOMA real estate GmbH (VRE) in 2015.
After the establishment of some project subsidiaries in the period from 2016 to 2019, such as - Pfarrgasse 10 Projektentwicklungs GmbH (PF10), VINDOMA Gartenblick GmbH (VGB), Wohnwert Immobilien GmbH (WW), Wohnwert Immobilien GmbH & Co KG (WW KG) and VINDOMA Immobilien Projektentwicklung GmbH (VIP) - VI Vindoma Real Estate AG (VI AG) was established in 2020.
The new holding company of VI Group is now VI AG. All investments in project developments via project subsidiaries are now only handled under VI AG.
VRE, which was renamed Vindoma Immobilienmanagement GmbH (VIM) on May 31, 2021, will focus exclusively on VI Group's service company in the future.
With the foundation of a separate company, Klein & Co Immobilienmanagement GmbH, the service area of VI Group was expanded in mid-March 2021. With the task areas property management and real estate brokerage, Klein & Co Immobilienmanagement GmbH took over further real estate specific topics of VI Group.
These services are to be provided to third parties as well as to VI Group.
The experienced team around Mr. Hermann Klein takes care of the ongoing support of the tenants from the completion of a property. Among the first properties to be managed by Klein & Co are the Allegro Tosca and Romulus apartment buildings.

With many years of experience in real estate, she is mainly responsible for financing, marketing and human resources. The VINDOMA Group always tries to bring a personal touch to the property. She takes the lead for the implementation in the field of interior and exterior design.
