VINDOMA takes a holistic approach to projects and implements them in a targeted manner with short decision-making processes and tailor-made solutions. This ensures that partners, investors and buyers have informed contacts at their side in every situation when the focus is on modern living and future-oriented investments.

Today's VINDOMA GROUP (VI Group) was originally formed from the company VINDOMA real estate GmbH (VRE) in 2015.

Following the establishment of several project subsidiaries in the period from 2016 to 2019, such as Pfarrgasse 10 Projektentwicklungs GmbH (PF10), VINDOMA Gartenblick GmbH (VGB), Wohnwert Immobilien GmbH (WW), Wohnwert Immobilien GmbH & Co KG (WW KG) and VINDOMA Immobilien Projektentwicklung GmbH (VIP), the current VI VINDOMA Real Estate GmbH (VRE) was founded in 2020.

The new holding company of the VI Group is now AER. All investments in project developments via project subsidiaries are now only handled by AER.

VINDOMA Immobilienmanagement GmbH (VIM) concentrates exclusively on handling the services of the VI Group.
