The dictionary describes the term property management as "the handling of all matters related to a house". Basically, property management is therefore responsible for looking after your property and contributing to maintaining and increasing its value. Properties are lasting values for generations and want to be treated accordingly. In this sense, we look after your house according to your wishes and ideas, quietly in the background.
For us, however, property management means much more than the Duden definition encompasses. Our property management is a mediator and networked interface between owners, tenants, legislators and experts. It advises, organizes, manages, listens and takes care of the concerns, wishes and complaints of everyone involved in the building. The overriding goal is to ensure that all residents of the building and all people involved with the property feel comfortable.
In short, we care about the basic needs of all the people connected with the property - in addition to the economic, technical and legal care of the house.

In March 2021, the property management company in Hinterbrühl was founded with the aim of managing our own properties. Together with a dedicated team we would like to develop further in the coming years in our second branch in 1100 Vienna, Bloch-Bauer-Promenade 12/1A and take over other properties for management. Already since January 2022 we may count the Shopping City Seiersberg in Graz and the Shopping City Wels to our customers. We are pleased to be able to count the Aufhof Center & Riverside among our customers as of January 2023.
