TASKS
- Organizational and administrative support for office management
- Support for property management
- Construction management support (no specific prior knowledge required)
- Reception (telephone, customer reception, post, order processing, etc.)
- Errands (post, small office purchases etc.)
QUALIFICATIONS
- Commercial training (apprenticeship, ESA, HAS, HAK, HBLA or similar)
- Professional experience in a similar position
- excellent knowledge of German
- professional handling of MS Office applications
- Ability to work in a team
- independent and committed way of working
