In his decades of experience in real estate project development, he has been responsible for numerous projects that have been successfully implemented both in Austria and abroad. With VINDOMA, Dkfm. Gernot Teufel has a team at his side that shares his vision and develops and builds a sustainable real estate portfolio with bundled know-how.
More than 40 years ago Mr. Dkfm. Teufel started with the development of residential projects and sports facilities. His focus shifted in the 1990s to shopping centers, office and residential properties in prime locations. While his project development initially focused on Austria, international expansion gradually began around the turn of the millennium with real estate project developments in Brussels, Amsterdam and Budapest.
