Today's ground-breaking ceremony for our four townhouses marks a significant milestone in the urban development of the municipality of Hinterbrühl and our company history. After two years of intensive planning and coordination with various stakeholders, today we can take the first step towards project realization.
The townhouses are not only architectural landmarks, but also pioneering examples of sustainable and modern living. With innovative concepts in terms of energy efficiency, communal space design and green infrastructure, they set new standards for urban quality of life. Each of the four townhouses offers a variety of apartment sizes and styles to meet the needs of a diverse population.
We would like to take this opportunity to thank the team at WGA ZT GmbH once again for their excellent and constructive collaboration as general planners! We are also looking forward to the upcoming project implementation with the team around BM BHK Bau GmbH, which will build our townhouses as general contractor.
We are also particularly looking forward to the marketing of our condominiums and rental apartments, in which the EHL Immobilien Group & Manuel Hacker will exclusively support us!
