The year 2020, a year with some challenges and a year of cohesion. In the current fiscal year, some hurdles have reached us such as delays on our construction sites due to the pandemic, a more difficult acquisition for new interesting projects. Also the regular adjustment of the conditions and the office due to the tightened COVID-19 measures were not always easy to organize.
However, 2020 also gave us great insights into the world of real estate dramaturgy with a workshop by DR. Christian Mikunda. The cohesion & cooperation of the team was also strengthened by the joint workshop. We are also very happy to have found a great general contractor for our latest projects and thank them so far for a smooth cooperation.
In addition, we would also like to thank around 300 people who have so far expressed interest in our two projects ROMULUS & ALLEGRO TOSCA at Vienna Central Station.
