Our hard-working construction workers on site and also all our business partners are working tirelessly and are responsible for ensuring that the construction progress of "Romulus" and "Allegro Tosca" is going well. From today's perspective, we therefore expect the completion of the total of 102 privately financed rental apartments in December 2021.

We expect to make the appropriately prepared plans of the individual apartments available to our prospective tenants, as well as all the necessary documents for leasing (draft lease agreement, rental prices, etc...), on our homepage from June 2021.

We are very happy about the overwhelming interest in our projects so far!
