BUILDING CONSTRUCTION TECHNICIAN IN THE FIELD OF HOUSING CONSTRUCTION
Requirements profile
TASKS
- Cooperation in project realization and implementation in the field of civil engineering
- Control of planning documents from preliminary design to as-built plans
- Control and revision of detailed plans
- Control and preparation of tenders and mass determinations
- Construction site accounting and invoice control
- Support of the project management in the area of construction supervision and construction management
- technical support for buyers or tenants during the handover of apartments
- Defect management
- Object renovations and apartment renovations in the field of property management
- Object safety inspections according to ÖNORM B1300
QUALIFICATIONS
- completed technical education in the field of structural engineering (HTL, FS or FH) or
- completed apprenticeship in the field of building construction, if necessary 2nd education
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar function
- sound computer skills (MS Office)
- fluent German, good appearance, communicative
- independent and committed way of working

- Driving license group B
- Willingness to work and communicate with digital media
