IN THE GREEN SONNWENDVIERTEL DISTRICT
Allegro Tosca is one of two new residential buildings under construction in Vienna's Sonnwendviertel district.
It should be emphasized that this building can be titled as a "new apartment house", as the room heights are at least 2.80 meters. The structure is the result of sophisticated planning, careful integration into the environment, modern architecture, balanced proportions and generous open spaces.
Allegro Tosca impresses with its location on the edge of Helmut Zilk Park, directly in a pedestrian zone. In particular, the proximity to Vienna's main train station, the Schweizergarten and the Belvedere Garden give the building its perfect balance of traffic-calmed green space and urban infrastructure.
The local infrastructure includes numerous local suppliers, green spaces and parks, as well as kindergartens and schools, a medical center, and numerous shopping opportunities within walking distance.
The 40 rental apartments extend over four above-ground levels, all of which have generous open spaces. In the basement of the building is the underground parking garage with its 15 parking spaces as well as the storage rooms. In addition, the tenants of Allegro Tosca and Romulus also have access to common areas such as a party room, pool, sauna and fitness room as well as a co-working space.
